Kirsty - Project Director + Founder

Kirsty leads the creative and strategic direction of Urban Market Concept’s client work, partnering with brands to design, build and deliver standout live experiences. She works closely with clients to shape concepts, align objectives and ensure every project is executed to the highest standard — balancing creative ambition with practical delivery.

With over a decade of experience delivering large-scale activations, pop-ups and branded environments, Kirsty brings a calm, solutions-focused approach to complex projects. A desert dweller for 11 years, she has led work across a wide range of live environments and has partnered with major global brands including Netflix, F1, Formula E, FIFA and Google.

From early-stage ideas through to on-the-ground execution, Kirsty is hands-on throughout the process, ensuring projects are clear, considered and built to perform in the real world.

Lola - Event Manager & Operations Assistant 

Lola has grown with Urban Market Concept and plays a key role in both live delivery and day-to-day operations. Working across events, activations and installations, she supports projects from planning through to on-site execution, ensuring nothing is overlooked and everything runs as it should.

Known for her calm, unflappable approach, Lola is a trusted presence on site and a reliable point of support for clients, teams and suppliers alike. She handles fast-moving environments with ease, adapts quickly to changing conditions and keeps projects running smoothly, even under pressure.

Whether supporting logistics, managing on-the-ground operations or assisting across multiple workstreams, Lola brings consistency, care and professionalism to every project — making her an essential part of the team both on and off site.

KIRSTY CAMPBELL - FOUNDER

Mia - Production Manager

Mia oversees production logistics, resources and supplier coordination, ensuring every element of a project is delivered to our standards, on time and on brief. She manages complex moving parts with precision, keeping teams aligned and production schedules on track from planning through to delivery.

With a background in yoga and pilates teaching alongside her production role, Mia brings a grounded, focused approach to fast-paced environments. Known for her calm under pressure and clear communication, she balances structure and flexibility - keeping projects running smoothly while adapting when plans inevitably shift.

Whether coordinating suppliers, managing timelines or supporting on-site delivery, Mia ensures each project is well-organised, efficient and executed with care.

Selina - Senior Project Manager

Selina leads complex projects from briefing through to delivery, working closely with clients, partners and production teams to ensure every detail is planned, aligned and executed seamlessly. With a calm, structured approach, she oversees timelines, budgets and coordination across multiple stakeholders, keeping projects moving smoothly from start to finish.

A superstar mother of four and an exceptionally experienced project manager, Selina brings depth, resilience and precision to every project she leads. Her background includes managing premium hospitality and large-scale live environments for the F1 Paddock Club, major golf tournaments, festivals and concerts — environments where expectations are high and execution must be flawless.

Selina is known for her clear communication, attention to detail and ability to deliver under pressure, making her a trusted lead on high-profile, high-stakes projects.
