Cancellations
We understand that something things happen and you need to cancel your booking.
We have a 72 hours / 3 days cancellation policy, which means if you cancel 72 hours / 3 days or more, ahead of the event date, we will transfer your booking to another event.
To be eligible for this, you must inform us in writing via email 72 hours / 3 days or more, ahead of the event date. You’ll also need the order number of your booking.

If your cancellation is accepted, we’ll send you a confirmation of your new booking date.
If you cancel less than 72 hours/3-days prior to the event date, you will not receive a refund or be able to transfer you booking.

Exceptions
Unfortunately, we cannot accept cancellation requests less that 72 hours / 3 days prior to an event.
